Background

Leveraging the Change Healthcare arsenal of consumer research (insights gained using qualitative methods), I created four thought pieces centered around the healthcare consumer experience.

Project entailed grounded theory synthesis of hundreds of consumer interview transcripts, quantification of thousands of consumer needs statements, full content generation, content editing, and graphic design.
